It seeks control equity in companies with revenue between $10 million and $100 million and prefers to make more substantial investments from a dollars perspective. Within healthcare, the firm targets companies in the life sciences/pharmaceutical and non-reimbursement industries. Companies in its healthcare portfolio include Advance Sleep Medicine Services, a provider of sleep diagnostic testing services as well as equipment and supplies used in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, and Guidemark Health, a communications agency providing marketing/advertising, medical communications and learning services to clients in the pharmaceutical and related industries.
